I just recently learned that cayenne pepper can work as great fat burning food. I’m always looking for ways to burn fat. Have you ever noticed that you can gain say, 10 pounds in 10 days, and yet it seems like it takes 10 months to lose that 10 pounds? I love to eat! But the older I get the more I realize I can’t eat the way I used to when I was younger. I’ve had to cut out the fast food, the sweets, and the greasy potato chips and snacks. If I’m exercising hard core, I can eat anything, but sometimes I just can’t find the time needed to exercise as much as I would like.
So, when I heard about cayenne pepper being able to burn fat, I started looking for ways to incorporate that wonderful spice into my diet. I love potatoes, but they are packed full of carbs. Instead of loading that baked potato up with butter, sour cream and bacon bits I now sprinkle it with cayenne pepper. It is amazing how good it tastes. I add cayenne pepper to soups and make them more spicy. If you don’t like to cook, you can always buy cayenne pepper supplements at your local health food store.
