Fat Burning Workouts - September 12th, 2009

There is no need to go out and buy really expensive exercise equipment if you want to burn fat and get in shape. If you want to burn off that belly fat one of the best exercises you can do is jog. I don’t know if you’ve ever noticed your stomach start to jiggle when you move quickly, speed walking, jogging, and running will get your arms, legs, and stomach muscles moving. If you want to burn even more calories while doing this add those exercise weights to your wrists and move your arms as much as possible.

Same goes for your legs, add the ankle weights and burn more calories. Push ups are a great fat burning exercise because it tightens your core muscles as you are using the strength of your entire body to go up and down. Try doing some bicycle crunches as well. If you want an overall body workout that can really burn the fat off, try rowing. If it’s nice weather out, skip the gym, go down to the lake and rent one of those rowing boats and enjoy the summer sun. The more active you are the more fat you will burn, and the better you will feel.
