I have gained some weight as of late, and for some reason the first place it goes is to my stomach. Yep, the fat starts hugging my hips and thighs and my stomach is a jiggly mess. My pants get too tight, I can barely breathe and I just about come unglued. What can be done? Well, what has worked for me is number one, cutting out the junk food. Second, I turn to fruits and vegetables. I almost go vegetarian because it feels like any type of food other than fruits and vegetables just sticks to my stomach. Sit-ups have been a great go to as well. I don’t do them every day but at least three times a week.
Probably the single most important thing I do to drop the belly fat is drink more water. I read some where that you can eat certain foods to help burn fat. Eggs for example are super high in protein. I guess low-fat dairy foods can help burn fat as well. Beans, beans the magical fruit, helps burn that fat away as well. Another fat burning food that you may want to eat, especially for breakfast is oatmeal.
